Our journey began in 1997 at Sarnoff Labs, one of the country’s most respected technology development labs. Our developers believed then, as we do now, that a hearing device shouldn’t need to be expensive and difficult to both purchase and maintain. They went to work on something different -- a device that could be high-quality, affordable, and easy to get and use. They invented the disposable hearing aid.

Songbird was born.

Since those days in the lab, thousands of customers have either experienced the convenience of Songbird disposable hearing aids first hand or have given them to a loved one. And though our products are currently not for sale, our team is committed to bringing them back -- better than ever -- later this year.
